How to Use Color Filter in Excel all versions

Its easy to use color filter in Excel.

1.Here i have applied Color to the Lemon Field in the fruits coloumn.

2. Apply Filter Option from the Home menu.

3. After applying the filter to the data it indicates with the Drop down arrow.

4.Click the drop down arrow on the Fruits Field. A Pop-up menu appears with Filter Options.

5. Select sort by color option, select particular color that you want to sort.

6. Refer the below image for the result.
